FINAL EXAMINATIONS
 
To be admitted to the final examinations, all the students must have passed c.15 assessments of selective kind, carried on in swimming-pool, lake and sea, allowing the passage from a practical training stage to the next (in growing measure, referred to the psycho-physical and technical-application engagement).
These examinations last no less than three written sessions of 5 hours each and three hours of oral and practice, taking place in front of a special Committee, arranged by the Region Latium - Councillorship for School, Training and Working Policies - composed in the following way:

  
one representative designated by Latium Region as President of the Committee;
one representative of the Ministry of Education - Provincial Education Superintendency;
one representative of the Ministry of Labor - Regional Labor and Maximum-Employment Office;
one representative of the Provincial Administration of Rome;
one representative of the Trade-Union Organizations of the Workers;
one Trade-Union representative of the Employers;
one representative of the Teachers of the Courses;
one representative of the Formative Body.
  
This Committee is instituted following the current national law-prescriptions on Professional Teaching, as in art. 14 of the General Policy Law in matter of vocational training n. 845, 21/12/1978 and of the regional accomplishment law of Latium n. 23, 25/02/1992 which contain, with the passing of the written, oral and practical examinations, the grant of a VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Diploma of Technical Diver Operator, with enclosed Patent , valid for the enrollment purposes in the Registration Board hold by the Harbor Office, in conformity with the ministerial decrees Merchant Navy of 13/01/1979 and 02/02/1982.
